Nicole Coetzee is a Speech- Language Therapist providing the assessment and treatment for adults, children and babies with speech, language, swallowing/feeding and hearing difficulties.

My niece has down syndrome and he's 5 years old. The things he hasn't gotten to do properly is clear speech and using the toilet. Please assist.

My child is 4-years turning 5 next month. He is not talking properly he can not say most of the words and what he can he is using baby language when saying them.
