Mandy's Kitchen Kids cookery classes opened in August 2009 and the children have had lots of fun learning to read the recipes, measure and of course, cook! Mandy's Kitchen Kids offers an exciting menu for all ages! They always eat all their creations and take whatever is left home to show mom and dad.
A registration fee of R50 for joining a class includes an apron, a recipe book and the takeaway bowl. Current times (as at March 2010) are:
Tuesdays: 14:00-16:00 Teenagers.
Wednesdays: 12:30-14:00 Ages 4-7
Fridays: 14:00-16:00 Ages 7-12
I also offer Holiday Fun every holiday. (Duration 3,5 hours). Come join us and have lots of fun learning to cook family favourites, biscuits and baking!
Every holiday we have Holiday Fun Cooking lessons and have great fun cooking, playing games and swimming in the summer months.
I also offer Themed Birthday Parties for children of any age. (eg. London Tea, American Girls/Boys, Italian, etc) You are able to rent out my venue for the party or I can come to your home. I do the "kitchen cleanup" when the party is over, so you can relax, Mom!
If your child attends a Gonubie School, I can collect him/her for their lessons and take them home/or back to aftercare when the lesson is over.
