MORNINGS-ONLY POSITION WANTED
Dear MomsMatter Readers.....
This might start out as a strange letter, but I'm sure you'll understand why I'm writing it in just a moment. I am an intelligent, enthusiastic, bubbly and creative 30-something year old mom. After the birth of my BEAUTIFUL baby boy 18-months ago I really thought I would be fine returning to the corporate world....and I was....until now!
After spending the last 4-weeks on holiday with my divine little monster it has dawned on me just how much I am missing out on, and my tummy hurts and I get this awful gut-wrenching ache everytime I think about going back to work. But - unfortunately, my husband and I are are not in a financial position to be a one income family, I need to contribute. So this is my new years resolution for 2011, I've made the decision to read every paper, contact every recruitment agency and turn over every rock until I find a mornings only position, or part-time employment which would allow me to be more flexible and spend time with my son AND still help with the family financial requirements.
But East London is a strange town, mornings only positions tend to be a case of "word- of mouth" and "who you know". Which is why I decided to appeal to all the EL readers of Mom's Matters, someone out there is bound to hear of a part-time position whilst sitting in the hairdressers, or dropping the kids at school...or just standing in the que at kwik-spar.....it DOES happen!!!!
I have extensive PA, secretarial, HR and marketing experience, and have worked in both sales and customer services. If anyone does hear of anything could they PLEASE drop me a line at morningsonly.el@gmail.com and I'll do all the following up. I assure you I am a real person, who really wants to spend more time with her son, but I've chosen to remain anonymous as I am happily employed at the moment and don't want to upset the apple cart until I need to.
I really hope to hear from you soon. Of course any other suggestions on how to be a stay-at-home mom and still bring in an income would be great too!!!

hi!
I thought you might be interested in this case... I have been waiting 2 years next month for my sons unabridged birth certificate from EL dpt. of H.A. Baby Reg have been working on my behalf...apparently there are about 17 parents in the same boat... always parents with dual british or german passports / SA.
.. and we have lodged 3 complaints, filled in new applications and not heard any thing from the department ..............beware!!
